July 7: Competition Training
July 8: Mogul Competition
July 9: Dual Mogul Competition
July 10: Big Air Jam or Mogul Mileage
July 11: Depart

July 7 – 9: Competition Skills

Sample Daily Schedule
6:45pm – Wake up
7:00am – Morning Stretch
7:30am – Breakfast
8:00am – Van Transportation to lifts
9:00am – Mogul and Freeride on-snow training
(Lunch break during training varies; lunch is eaten on the hill)
3:00pm – Van Transportation to lodging
3:30pm – Quiet period
5:00pm – Video review with coaches
6:30pm – Dinner
(Athletes are held to a reasonable curfew so they are refreshed for morning training!)
10:00pm - Lights Out
