If you have not registered for the Whistler On-snow camp yet:

• Download the registration instructions and form by clicking on the “Register Now” link or the “How to Register” Page.
• Fill out the paperwork in the registration packet and mail back to Freestyle America with payment and a copy of your health insurance card, (front and back).
• Passport, copy of the photo page.
• After we have received your registration, we will mail you a welcome packet and confirmation letter.

If you need additional forms, please see the links below. You will need to have submitted all these forms to Freestyle America at least two weeks prior to arrival in order to avoid a $25 handling fee.
